Our final 100% inspection ensures frame color matching, fabric quality, dimensional accuracy, and flawless construction, with a particular focus on eliminating loose threads, stains, and imperfections. Before shipment, each product is carefully folded with protective interleaving paper and securely packaged to withstand the rigors of transportation. This 100% solution – dyed polyester outdoor fabric features over 20,000 abrasion resistance cycles, a waterproof rate of over 90%, a color fastness level of 4, UV resistance, and excellent flame – retardant properties.
