The role of vinyl fences is not only to provide privacy for your home, but also to protect your home's safety while adding value. Installing a vinyl horse fence is simple and requires only installation according to existing methods. At the same time, at the time of purchase, there will be professional personnel to install, do not need to worry too much. But how do you cut the vinyl fence board? This is not what everyone knows. This is not very difficult, but it should be noted that the vinyl cannot be destroyed. Next, I will explain how to do it for everyone.

Cutting sequence:

Step 1 - Measuring Size

Step 2 - Set the cut

Step 3 - Cut

Step 4 - End of work

Measure size

Turn to the yard where the vinyl fence is planned and use a tape measure to measure how far the fence material needs to be covered. Mark the distance on the vinyl with a pencil. With a ruler, draw a careful line across the vinyl to mark the area to be cut. Keep in mind that when installing vinyl fences, the columns must be placed on the floor deeper than wood or metal columns. The additional depth must be calculated before the fence can be measured. Use the measurements and transfer them to the fence using chalk lines so that you can easily identify the lines to cut. Leave another half inch to show the track hook.

Setting cut

Vinyl fences are usually hollow, so with a circular saw, it's hard to cut the teeth, no matter what the teeth are. When teeth bite into vinyl, they vibrate. This causes the vinyl to break. To prevent this from happening, the workpiece must be kept stable. The first piece to be cut is placed in the working area. Once in place, you can install 2 x 4 mounts on each side to secure the vinyl. This will keep the vinyl in place.

Cutting

When cutting a vinyl fence, use a circular saw with a vinyl cutting blade again. Saw between fences or palisades rather than through them. This will give you the cleanest, most complete cut. Cut the panel slowly and move along the line carefully to avoid cracking or breaking the fence. Slide the vinyl fence slot into the end of the cut track to reposition the slot's guide. Squeeze the notch together (for example, the end of a pair of scissors) and eject the notch onto the track. Place two grooves on each side of each track (four grooves on each track; A total of eight notches.

This is done by cutting your vinyl fence post. When cutting the column, try cutting from the bottom. This allows you to hide your wound on the ground. Use a saw or hacksaw to saw off the excess part of the column and fix the column to the ground with concrete.

If you need to cut a column that is already on the ground, first remove the lid of the column. Measure your length and cut while keeping the saw straight. Cut evenly on the column, put the hat on the column, and cover the incision.

End work

When you install a vinyl fence that is cut, you must be careful, because even the slightest crack can cause the fence to be destroyed. Wrap the bottom of the part to be placed on the floor with tape and gently sand the cut edge with sandpaper.

Conclusion

The vinyl fence is an excellent fence and railing product that is easy to install and affordable. Vinyl fences come in a variety of appearances and require little maintenance. There are still many advantages waiting for you to discover.
